Extended Production of the Jeep Wrangler and two other Vehicles

James Hodge Motor Company loves bragging about the new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles in our always-changing inventory. We also pride ourselves in being the go-to spot for drivers in the greater McKinney, Sherman and Greenville TX who want to hear the latest Chrysler news. One new SUV we would like to highlight in our inventory today is the new 2014 Jeep Wrangler.

The model was supposed to be replaced in mid-2016 by a new model. However, according to Chrysler suppliers it will continue in production with some sort of refresh until 2018. People just couldn't get enough of the traditional Wrangler look and we are glad it will be sticking around a little longer. In addition to the extended production of the popular SUV there are two other vehicles we have caught wind of that are staying around a little longer as well.

The Dodge Avenger is one of the other Chrysler models that production has been extended for. However, rumor has it this model will only continue through 2015. Nothing has been confirmed in an official statement yet. The reason for extension of this model is so more attention can be placed on the replacement for the current Chrysler 200, but we don't know many details about that as of now.

The third and final new vehicle that we will be continued in production is the Dodge Grand Caravan. The minivan is now hanging around through the year 2017. There has been talk of Chrysler only producing one minivan, the Town & Country, in their lineup after this, but only time will tell.
